Rules and Regulations

  • The badge is valid to get entry only at the 8th EAST AFRICA PHARMA EXPO 2025 to be held at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC), Nairobi, KENYA during the show days.
  • There is no validity of this badge, if damaged - torned and or disfigured.
  • Always carry along with you the e-badge (received through email or WhatsApp) and present the same for checking / scanning purposes while entering the Exhibition Halls. No entry will be granted in the Exhibition in case of absence of the valid e-badge / badge.
  • This badge is non transferable and for personal use only.
  • Individuals entering the Exhibition Halls must present a valid government-issued photo ID proof proving their identity at any of the entry points, as requested by the Organizer or its assigned staff at any given point within the venue.
  • The rights of admission are reserved with the Organizers.
  • The Organizers reserve the right to frisk the badge holders at the entrance and Exhibition Venue for security reasons. Your co-operation is solicited.
  • The badge must be worn and displayed prominently at all times during your presence at the Exhibition & Seminar area.
  • Entry restricted for attendees wearing Shorts, Half Pants, Baniyan, Slippers and / or Lungee.
  • Exhibition Halls are NO SMOKING ZONE. Avoid smoking and / or spitting anywhere while inside the Exhibition Venue. A fine of USD 100 will be payable, including other disciplinary action at the Organizers sole discretion will be taken for failure to follow the rule.
  • Cameras, bottles, cans or tins are not allowed inside the exhibition venue.
  • Photography & Videography are strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the Organizers.
  • Food & Beverages are not permitted to be taken in the Exhibition Hall.
  • The Organizers do not take the responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings.
  • The consumption of banned substances (alcoholic drinks, cigarettes, chewing tobacco, electric cigarettes) are strictly prohibited inside the exhibition venue.
  • Students from relevant industries with valid institute ID (only 18 years and above) will be granted entry from 12:30 p.m. onwards during the Exhibition Days.
  • Use of face masks is mandatory. Face Masks shall be worn by all organizers / exhibitors / visitors/ service providers.
  • The event is subject to force majeure conditions.
